Grow CRM Purchasing Reports: Monthly Activity Summary - Grow CRM Purchasing

The Purchasing Reports page gives you a high-level view of your financial activity across the year. To access it, navigate to Purchasing → Reports → Summary. There you’ll find a month-by-month breakdown showing income received, expenses recorded, and the total value of purchase orders — all in one place, for whichever year you choose.

Understanding the Summary Table

The summary table contains one row per month and a totals row at the bottom that sums every column across the full year.

Column	What it shows
Income	Total payments received during that month.
Expenses	Total expenses recorded during that month.
Purchase Orders	Total value of purchase orders created that month.

Purchase Order totals only include orders in active statuses. Any orders still in Draft or Cancelled status are excluded from the figures shown in this table.

Filtering by Year

Use the year dropdown at the top of the page to switch between years. The range of years available is determined by how far back your invoice history goes — so if you’ve been using Grow CRM for several years, you’ll be able to look back across all of them.

Review your reports on a monthly basis to keep a close eye on purchasing spend relative to income. Spotting trends early makes it easier to adjust supplier relationships or purchasing volumes before costs get out of hand.
