Add Your Suppliers

Go to Purchasing → Suppliers and add the companies you buy from. See Suppliers.
4

Configure Settings

Go to Settings → Purchasing to set your document number prefixes, low-stock notification email addresses, and the email templates used when sending Purchase Orders and RFQs. See Settings.
5

Create Your First Purchase Order

Go to Purchasing → Purchase Orders, select New Purchase Order, choose a supplier, and start adding line items. See Purchase Orders.
The Purchasing module is visible only to team members with Manage or Admin access to Purchasing on their role. If a colleague can’t see the Purchasing menu, ask an administrator to check their role permissions.
